This creamy Banana Date Shake is not only delicious but also packed with goodness for your body. Frozen bananas provide a creamy texture and a boost of potassium, while Medjool dates add natural sweetness and fiber. Tahini offers healthy fats and protein, and almond milk provides calcium without added sugars. With a hint of cinnamon for flavor, this shake is a delightful treat that nourishes your body from within.


Ingredients:


  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced

  • 4 pitted Medjool dates (if they're too big, you can chop them up a bit.)

  • ¼ cup tahini

  • ¼ cup crushed ice

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk

  • Pinch ground cinnamon, more for later


Instructions:


  1. Place the sliced frozen bananas in your blender and add the remaining ingredients. Run the blender until you achieve a smooth and creamy shake.

  2. Transfer the banana date shakes to serving cups and add a pinch of ground cinnamon on top. Enjoy!
